This Strategy sets development targets by 2020 with regard to transport, transport infrastructure development, urban transport development, rural transport development. Concerning rural transport development, the Strategy suggests road structures suitable for the local conditions and the climate. The Strategy also sets up an outlook towards 2030.
It sets out solutions and policies for the implementation of the Strategy. One set of the solutions concerns environment protection and sustainable transport development. One solution in this regard is to improve the adaptability to climate change and sea level rise of the transport infrastructure.
