Law No. 18/2017/QH14 on Fisheries

According to article 1, the Law deals with fishery activities, rights and responsibilities of organisations and individuals involved in fisheries, and state administration of fisheries.

The Law also includes climate change adaptation considerations: Pursuant to article 5(3), fisheries activities shall adapt to climate change.
