Financial Conduct Authority Rules on TCFD

As of December 2020 the UK's Financial Conduct Authority issued new rules requiring publically listed companies incorporated in the UK to either comply with the recommendations of the Task Force for Climate related Financial Disclosure and include information on climate-related financial disclosures in their annual report or explain the absence of such disclosures.
