Law on Energy Efficiency Fund (No. 5598)
Law No. 5598 defines the legal, economic, and organizational foundations for the establishment and operation of the Energy Efficiency Fund. The Fund is established to support energy efficiency initiatives and introduce incentive and support measures for energy efficiency improvements and energy saving in buildings, in particular in the residential sector. It takes into account the national plan for energy efficiency, reducing carbon dioxide emissions under the Paris agreement, and upholding Ukraine's international obligations in the area of energy efficiency.
