programming and construction of rural electrification works;
development of the national potential in renewable energies;
the promotion and popularization of renewable energies; conducting procurement procedures for rural electrification and energy development
renewable;
the design of technical files in conjunction with the
administrations concerned, operators in the sector on behalf of rural communities, with a view to financing rural electrification and renewable energy projects and programs;
the proposal of financing and management mechanisms for electrification programs in rural areas and the promotion of renewable energies; the supervision of rural communities benefiting from electrification installations and renewable energy works in rural areas in the management and maintenance of said works;
the mobilization of institutions for the financing of rural electrification and the development of renewable energies;
carrying out any other action falling within the scope of its mission and which would be entrusted to it by the State.
