Act on the Prevention of and Countermeasures against Agricultural and Fishery Disasters

This act requires national and local governments to undertake disaster preparedness measures in the agriculture and fishery sector, creates tax exemptions for preparedness works undertaken, and allows the government to subsidize preparedness efforts.
