Law on the use of nuclear energy for exclusively peaceful purposes 321/2003 that approved the Government Ordinance no. 7/2003

Law passed

The law established a legal framework for Romania to pursue the harnessing of nuclear power for peaceful purpose through pursuing research, mining, experimentation, design and construction of facilities to enable production and supply of radioactive material. The law also established frameworks for protection against and management of accidents.

Financial support to help individuals manage the effects of unexpected events, securing their livelihoods and increasing the resilience of people and businesses to the changing climate. It’s especially vital in developing regions where everyday risks, climate-related weather extremes, or crop failures can push people into poverty. Without insurance, people may have to resort to selling assets or cutting consumption to cope with losses.
