Law 54/2015 on the exploration and use of geological resources

Article 1.5 states that geological formations capable of storing carbon dioxide are subject to a separate statute, without prejudice to the subsidiary application of this law and other development legislation that regulates the disclosure and use of geological resources in the public domain of the State.
