Law 69/2017 creating an incentive programme for forest cover and the conservation of natural forests

This law aims at protecting the country's primary and other natural forests. The document establishes nine specific objectives, including to replenish one million hectares of degraded land, and improving the quality of life of people and sectors related to forests. The law includes newor updated tax incentives.
