This document sets the government's strategic long-term vision for the country's development. Its objectives include the following: 1) that urban and rural areas and cultural and natural heritage regions become highly resilient and capable of coping with climate change effects, 2) developing production and access to renewable energy resources, and 3) finding a balanced use of land and natural resources and the protection of the environment to bring about food, water and energy security.
The vision also sets objectives of reduction of the share of oil production in the total GDP by 2030 and 2040.
