This decree establishes the organisation and operating procedures of the project to strengthen resilience to food insecurity in Mali. The Project's mission is to protect the livelihoods of the most vulnerable households; to sustainably strengthen the means of production of herdsmen, farmers and fishermen; develop their adaptation capacities to climate change; to help policy-makers to have necessary and reliable information in decision-making.
