Decree-law 1 March 2022, no 17 sets urgent measures to contain the costs of electricity and natural gas, for the development of renewable energies and for the relaunch of industrial policies.
According to law no 34, the weighted average of the air temperature, measured in the individual rooms of each building unit, must not be higher than 19 degrees in winter and lower than 27 degrees in summer, with a tolerance of two degrees in any case.
