This document consists of a 5.5 billion euro stimulus package to combat the adverse economic effects of the COVID-19 pandemic. It entered into force on 1 July 2020. 

The stimulus notably seek to create green jobs and foster a low-carbon future. It includes measures to support for public transport services, walking and cycling, ecosystems preservation and restoration.
