This decree establishes the Advisory Group on Climate Change as a permanent body whose purpose it is to provide a space for dialogue, advise the government on climate change as it relates to sustainable development in the country, assist in preparing the country's national climate change policy, the country's national climate change plan and the country's communications to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change.
