Executive Decree no 40615 creating the Scientific Council on Climate Change

This decree creates the Scientific Council on Climate Change. The Council is part of the Directrate for Climate Change of the Ministry for the Environment and Energy (MINAE). The Council is in charge of informing the Ministry on the specific topics needed (art. 2).
