This Decree establishes the Permanent Presidential Advisory Committee on Climate Change, which will have the mission of advising the Presidency of the Republic in all matters related to the identification and formulation of policies, plans, programs, measures and other activities related to climate change , as well as the fulfilment of Chile's international commitments, especially the Paris Climate Agreement, and in the elaboration and proposal of a national public policy on climate change.
