National energy strategy against climate change

Reduce the annual unabsorbed emissions of greenhouse gases in relation to the Business as usual scenario, by a minimum of 37% by 2030.

Carbon neutrality by 2050

Reduce the national energy intensity by a minimum of 20% by 2030, and by a minimum of 30% by 2050, in relation to the 2010 base year.

Increase national electricity production with at least 33% of the demand by 2030, and with at least 50% by 2050.

Increase the percentage of vehicles with electric propulsion in the National Tourism Automobile Park to 20% at least by 2030, and to 50% at least by 2050.

Reduction of HFCs of 85% by 2036, relative to a 2019 baseline

Increase renewable energy to a minumum of 75% of national energy mix by 2030, and to a minumum of 80% by 2050

Percentage of electric propulsion vehicles in the passenger car fleet of the Administration GHG emissions produced by internal mobility

Reduce energy consumption of buildings by 40% by 2030, to be decarbonised by 2050
