The purpose of this document is to identify the information necessary to draw up the national inventory of greenhouse gases, as well as the management of this information from the time it is collected until the preparation of the inventory and its processing after on an international scale, in order to ensure that the inventory meets international standards in this area and is useful as an indicator for assessing greenhouse gas mitigation actions and the achievement of international commitments in this regard.
