This document sets the government's strategy on the transition from a linear to a circular economy. This document will serve as a mechanism that will connect all the actors and operators involved in this cycle in order to fulfill the objectives of sustainable development for the prevention and reduction of negative impacts on human health, environmental protection and adaptation to climate change.
