Law 102/2015 on the natural gas sector

Article 89.2 of this law stipulates that the Energy Regulatory Entity (ERE), under the conditions laid down in decisions of the Council of Ministers, and according to the general economic interest, may impose on natural gas undertakings public service obligations in relation to environmental protection, including energy efficiency, energy from renewable sources and climate protection.
